Emily Roussel enjoyed one of her finest seasons in 2016 as she finished her standout Tiffin University women's lacrosse career.

 
Roussel was voted an IWLCA 2nd team All-American, becoming only the second ever IWLCA All-American in TU lacrosse history. It was the capstone of Roussel's career, as she has piled up the awards throughout her career. She previously earned Synapse Sports Women's Lacrosse.com All-Rookie recognition, 2-time GLIAC Attacker of the Year, 4-time All-GLIAC performer, 3-time 1st team All-GLIAC performer, and the only TU 2-time IWLCA All-Region performer. She was also a three-time GLIAC All-Academic Excellence honoree.
 
Roussel finishes her accomplished career with 282 career goals, 2nd in TU history and 3rd in NCAA D-II history. Emily's 348 career points lands her 2nd in the Tiffin record book and 12th in Division II history. Statistically, Roussel sits 4th in career assists (66), 3rd in ground balls (175), and is the all-time leader in caused turnovers with 77 in Tiffin University history.
