Timberwolves fall in round of 16 at NCAA Tournament

The No. 17 Northwood University men's tennis team saw its 2008 season come to an end with a 5-0 loss to No. 9 Hawaii Pacific in the Round of 16 of the Division II Men's Tennis Tournament.

The Timberwolves' season comes to an end with an 14-3 record. Hawaii Pacific stands at 22-7 heading into the Round of Eight.

Northwood lost all three doubles matches, falling by an 8-6 score both at the No. 2and No. 3 positions. Hawaii Pacific then clinched the victory by claiming straight-set victories at the No. 1 and No. 2 slots in singles.
