Midland, Mich. -- The Northwood University men's tennis team claimed the 2009 GLIAC Men's Tennis Tournament Championship with a 5-0 victory over Grand Valley State in the Championship match.
Northwood is the GLIAC Champion for the 15th-straight year, based on its regular season undefeated conference record and tournament title. The conference championship is based 50% on regular season finish and 50% on GLIAC Tournament finish. The final GLIAC Men's Tennis standings are as follows:
