Midland, Mich. -- Northwood University downed Grand Valley State University, 5-1, to claim the 2008 GLIAC Women's Tennis Championship at the Midland Community Tennis Center in Midland, Mich. The title marks the sixth-straight GLIAC Championship for the Timberwolves.
