Tiffin's Logan Sendelbach Drafted in 10th Round by Pittsburgh

TIFFIN, Ohio -- Tiffin's Logan Sendelbach became the first Tiffin University baseball player drafted in the Major League Baseball Amateur Draft, as the Pittsburgh Pirates took him in the 10th round (307th overall).

Sendelbach recently completed his junior season, earning Honorable Mention All-Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference honors. He made 11 appearances for the Dragons, with 10 starts, posting a 5-3 record with a 2.84 ERA. He led the team with 50 strikeouts in 57 innings. He also earned All-GLIAC honors in 2014.

Sendelbach is currently playing for the Kenosha Kingfish in the Northwoods League, a summer league made up of teams in Wisconsin and Minnesota, as well as Canada, Iowa and western Michigan.
