GLIAC -- The Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) has announced its first Men's Tennis weekly awards for the 2020 season. Grand Valley State senior Jack Geissler claimed GLIAC Player of the Week honors.
PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Jack Geissler - Grand Valley State
Senior Jack Geissler has been named the GLIAC Men’s Tennis Player of the Week it was announced by the GLIAC office. Geissler went 2-0 in No. 2 singles action, claiming a 6-1, 6-3 over Indiana Wesleyan, followed by an impressive 6-2, 1-6, 6-4 win over Indianapolis. The Lakers defeated previously undefeated Indiana Wesleyan (5-2), before dropping a 4-3 decision to #12 Indianapolis.
