Eagles, Lakers and Bulldogs to play in NCAA Midwest Region Tournament at Drury

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - The first round of the NCAA Division II Women's Basketball Midwest Region Tournament will feature three Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) women's basketball programs. 

No. 5 seed Ferris State Bulldogs (22-9) will face conference rival and the No. 4 seed Grand Valley St. Lakers, while the No. 2 seed Ashland Eagles (31-0) will look to continue their undefeated season against the No. 7 seed Southern Indiana (18-9).  

Other Midwest Region pairings include No. 1 Drury (32-0) vs. No. 8 Lindenwood(19-9), and No. 3 Walsh (28-2) vs. No. 6 Lewis (19-12).

First-Round Games | Friday, March 13

No. 2 Ashland vs. No. 7 Southern Indiana | 3:30pm 

No. 4 Grand Valley St. vs. No. 5 Ferris State | 9:30pm
