    Bay City, Mich.--The Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference announced today the Spring 2009 All-Academic Teams. 564 student-athletes from twelve institutions were honored in the following sports; baseball, softball, men and women's golf, men's tennis and men and women's outdoor track and field. To be eligible for all-academic status, the student-athlete must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0, on a 4.0 scale, and must not be a freshman or first year transfer.
