NCBWA -- Nine Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) baseball standouts have been selected to the 2016 National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA) All-Midwest Region teams. Ashland starting pitcher headlined the group by earning Midwest Region Pitcher of the Year accolades.
Ashland and Hillsdale both paced the conference with three honorees, while Walsh and Grand Valley State each notched two selection each. The 2016 NCBWA All-Region selections from the GLIAC are below:
