Highlights: Butler tossed a one-hit shutout against GVSU in Tuesday's first game. She struck out 12 and walked one. She returned to the circle in the nightcap, and allowed one run on four hits with eight strikeouts to zero walks. Butler tossed a four-hitter in Friday's game one victory over LSSU. She allowed an unearned run and struck out seven to two walks. For the week, Butler was 3-0 on the mound, with a 0.33 ERA and limited opposing batters to a .122 average. She struck out 27 in 21 innings with only three walks.

Highlights: Butler led WSU to a 4-0 week. She had three multiple-hit contests and reached base at least twice in all four games. Butler hit .571 for the week (8-for-14) with two home runs and six RBI. She recorded a .600 on-base percentage along with a 1.000 slugging percentage. In Tuesday's game one win over GVSU, Butler singled and scored in the first inning, then smacked a two-run home run in the fifth. In the nightcap, she had a two-out RBI single in the second to make it 3-0, then laced a two-run home run in the top of the seventh. In Friday's game one triumph over LSSU, Butler had an RBI single in the fifth to tie the game at 1-1, then in game two, she walked and scored in the bottom of the second to make it 2-0. She also made an outstanding diving catch in right center to end the top of the first in game two.
