No. 12 Grand Valley State is set for an NCAA DII quarterfinal matchup at No. 4 Colorado State-Pueblo Saturday, December 5. Kickoff is set for 2:05 ET at the Thunderbowl on the campus of CSU-Pueblo. The Lakers are coming off a 38-34 win at No. 2 seeded and previously undefeated Ferris State, while CSU-Pueblo claimed at 26-17 win at #1 seeded Midwestern State. The winner of Saturday's game will move on to play the winner of the Slippery Rock-Shepherd matchup in the NCAA DII Semifinals Saturday, December 12 at a site and time to be determined.
Grand Valley State fans wishing to purchase tickets for the game can do so by calling 719-549-2050 beginning Tuesday, December 1. GVSU fans can sit behind the Laker team bench in an area dedicated for GVSU fans. In addition, tickets can be purchased game day beginning at 10 am at the stadium ticket office. Tickets are $12 per person.
Grand Valley State will televise the game on Comcast/Xfinity 900 and via the internet at www.gvsulakers.com.
