GLIAC Women's Soccer Players of the Week - Week 3

BAY CITY, Mich. -- The Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) has announced its weekly awards after the third weekend of the season. Grand Valley State junior Marti Corby earned GLIAC Offensive Player of the Week honors, while Ohio Dominican sophomore goalkeeper Kelsey Harris claimed GLIAC Defensive Player of the Week accolades.

Offense

Highlights: Corby scored a hat trick and added an assist in Friday's 6-0 win over Findlay. Corby nearly recorded another hat trick on Sunday, but came up short, registering two goals and one assist in a 7-0 victory over Lake Erie.

Defense
Kelsey Harris Ohio Dominican Goalkeeper So.
Highlights: Harris posted back-to-back shutouts to open GLIAC play in wins over Saginaw Valley and Northwood. Harris made two saves in each of the two victories. She lowered her career goals against average to 0.89 and now jas six shutouts in 18 games played in her two seasons at ODU.
