#3 FERRIS STATE DEF. TIFFIN, 80-55 | BOX SCORE

Ferris State ran its unbeaten streak to 12 games to take a commanding three-game lead in the conference thanks to a 26-13 rebounding advantage in the second half to double-up Tiffin in the final 20 minutes, 40-21. FSU's Drew Cushingberry led the way with 12 points, seven assists and four steals.

SAGINAW VALLEY DEF. MICHIGAN TECH, 105-94 (2 OT) | BOX SCORE

Michigan Tech junior forward Kyle Monroe scored a GLIAC regular season record 50 points but Saginaw Valley's Mike Wells had a night of his own with 44 points to lift the Cardinals to a big double-overtime victory. Wells finished the night 15-of-24 from the field, including 7-for-11 from beyond teh arc and seven assists. Saginaw Valley shot 55.7 percent from the field to go with 15-of-30 from three-point range. Only Findlay's Greg Khalig has scored more in a GLIAC regulation contest when he posted 55 points in the 2014 GLIAC Tournament. 

WAYNE STATE DEF. GRAND VALLEY STATE, 66-60 | BOX SCORE

Wayne State forward Chuck Key recorded a game-high 22 points on 10-of-13 shooting with seven rebounds and four blocks to lift the Warriors to a big road win at Grand Valley State. WSU fired 48.2 percent from the field to pull out the win and overcome a 40-22 GVSU points in the paint advantage. Wayne State currently sits fourth in the GLIAC with sights set on hosting a conference quarterfinal contest.

ASHLAND DEF. LAKE SUPERIOR STATE, 69-62 | BOX SCORE

Ashland connected on 58.1 percent shooting and held LSSU to 36.1 percent on the night en route to a big home win. Ashland's Wendell Davis and Ben Haraway each posted a game-high 18 points, while Marsalis Hamilton poured in 17 points of his own. Davis moved into second on the AU all-time scoring list with 1,798 points. LSSU's Akaemji Williams scored 18 points in the loss. 

NORTHERN MICHIGAN DEF. NORTHWOOD, 80-72 | BOX SCORE

Northern Michigan overcame a six-point halftime deficit on the road before firing 63.3 percent in the second half to outscore Northwood by a 49-35 margin for the victory. Will Carius and Jordan Perez posted 22 points each for the Wildcats on their way to victory. NMU clinched a berth with the win into the 2018 GLIAC Tournament.

DAVENPORT DEF. PURDUE NORTHWEST, 70-54 | BOX SCORE

A big effort from Davenport's bench keyed the Panthers to victory as Delano Smith came off the pine for a team-high 18 points to give DU a 32-7 bench points advantage in the contest. Davenport also controlled the paint for a 34-22 differential, while taking advantage of second chance opportunities, 19-6. Purdue Northwest's Franklin Nunn led all scorers with 26 points, nine boards, six blocks and four steals.
