BAY CITY, Mich. -- The Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) announced the tenth and final GLIAC Lacrosse Athlete of the Week awards for the 2016 season. For the third straight week we had a team sweep of both lacroose weekly honors. Findlay's Attacker Sarah Lankton earned GLIAC Offensive Athlete of the Week accolades, while netminder Rachel Heath earned GLIAC Defensive Athlete of the Week honors.

Highlights: In a 2-0 weekend for the Oilers, Lankton put up seven goals, went 4-6 on free positions, pulled in eight draw controls and chipped in one caused turnover against McKendree. Vs. UIndy, Lankton again was impressive with one goal, one assist, eight draw controls, seven ground balls and two caused turnovers. |

Highlights: Heath was a huge factor in Findlay's 2-0 weekend. She picked up 15 saves vs. McKendree while picking up two ground balls and holding McKdree to 2-13 from the the free position line. Heath collected seven saves, one ground ball and a huge caused turnover late in the second half against UIndy. |
