BAY CITY, Mich. -- The Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) announced its weekly awards following Week 10 action. Wayne State sophomore running back Romello Brown earned GLIAC Offensive Player of the Week honors, while Findlay redshirt freshman defensive back Chiebuka Chukwuneke garnered GLIAC Defensive Player of the Week distinction. Ohio Dominican senior kicker Brent Wahle captured GLIAC Special Teams Player of the Week accolades for the second straight week.

| Highlights: Brown rushed for a career-high 180 yards (4th straight game with a career-best) along with five touchdowns (one shy of Joique Bell's school record) in Wayne State's 56-54 victory over Lake Erie. His first touchdown made it 7-0, while his second score knotted the game at 14. Romello's third TD pulled WSU within 41-35 and ended 27 consecutive points by the Storm before his last two scores provided the game-winning points. |

| Highlights: Chukwuneke had a great game for the Oilers in their 49-17 win over Malone as he racked up five tackles, two forced fumbles, a sack and a 20-yard fumble return for a touchdown. Chukwuneke and the Oilers secondary allowed just 73 passing yards on the day. | |||

| Highlights: Wahle connected on a 50-yard field goal and all three extra points in Ohio Dominican's 24-17 win at Saginaw Valley. Wahle is the only kicker in the GLIAC who has made a 50 yarder this season (his second). Wahle has amassed 15 career makes of 45 yards or longer and has now made 27 of his last 30 field goal tries over the last two years. | |||
