LEXINGTON, Ky. – Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) volleyball teams Ferris State and Grand Valley State jumped a spot in the latest American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Division II Top-25 Poll. The Bulldogs came in at 14th while the Lakers jumped from 18th to 17th.
The Bulldogs went 2-0 over the weekend, registering 3-0 sweeps over Saginaw Valley and Wayne State in the opening weekend of conference play.
The Lakers posted a 3-0 win against Wayne State last Friday and after falling behind 2-0 against Saginaw Valley, GVSU topped the Cardinals 3-2.
