Chancellors and Presidents Summit Schedule
SAN ANTONIO -- Two representatives of the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) will attend the NCAA Division II Chancellors and Presidents Summit on Friday, Jan. 15 at the 2016 NCAA Convention in San Antonio. GLIAC Commissioner Dell Robinson and Northern Michigan University faculty athletic representative Julie Rochester will participate in this important meeting.
The purpose of the summit is to provide introductory remarks on key areas and have the presidents and chancellors in attendance discuss how Division II should respond to be proactive and where Division II can be a leader. The feedback received will assist the Division II Presidents Council in determining future strategic objective for the division.
"I am honored to be able to participate in the Division II Chancellors and Presidents Summit," said GLIAC Commissioner Dell Robinson. "The opportunity to represent the Conference Commissioners Association (CCA) and the GLIAC in an effort to shape objectives for the future is very rewarding."
