Ohio Dominican's Ritchie Kruunenberg Named GLIAC Men's Tennis "Athlete of the Week"

BAY CITY, Mich. - Ohio Dominican University freshman Ritchie Kruunenberg (Nieuw-Vennep, Holland) earned GLIAC Men's Tennis "Athlete of the Week" honors.

Ohio Dominican University freshman Ritchie Kruunenberg helped the Panthers to a 2-1 mark last week. Against Wayne State, he defeated Stephane Robineau 6-0, 6-2. Kruunenberg also defeated Ben Fievet of Tiffin 6-3, 6-2 and Findlay's Manuel Ringsletter 7-5, 6-4. The freshman also went 2-1 in doubles action, including helping his team to a 6-3 win over nationally ranked Tiffin. Kruunenberg sits in the top-10 regionally in singles action and third in doubles action.
