Lewis's Brandon Drogemuller Named CollegeSwimming.com's  Men's "Swimmer of the Week," respectively

Bay City, Mich. -- Lewis University's Brandon Drogemuller (Hollister, Calif./San Benito) was named CollegeSwimming.com's Men's "Swimmer of the Week," for his efforts last weekend.

Drogemuller turned in a pair of NCAA B cuts in a dual meet at Indianapolis on Saturday. He won the 1000 freestyle against the Greyhounds with an NCAA B time of 9:27.06. His time is the best in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference this season and the fifth in all of NCAA Division II. Drogemuller recorded an NCAA B time of 4:40.37 in a second place finish in the 500 freestyle against the Greyhounds.
 
Drogemuller’s performance in Indianapolis came a day after winning the 1000 freestyle in 9:47.19 against Lincoln.
